Customer Care Management (CCM) Customer Care Management (CCM) is a tool for Sales and Service Teams and Management of small and medium sized companies to help them raise income and lower costs. It was developed by company Information Management (IM) in Iceland. With CCM the team can share critical information about existing and potential customers, their customer contact persons and all communication between the team and the customer. For Sales and Service management CCM provides overview of all ongoing activity, also for sales planning and performance review. Technically CCM is an add-on for Microsoft Exchange Server and Outlook, so it becomes a part of the e-mail system and is very easy to learn and use.
